Sustainable Social Market Economy as a Model for Chile.

1.Chile and the Free Market Economy as a Model. Chile was a world leader in the application of the Free Market Economy Model, raising the economic and social levels of the entire population to a much higher level, and in a very short time.

2.New Model the Sustainable Social Market Economy. Chile now, has to become leader in performing a Sustainable Social Market Economy achieving with taht, to improve again vigorously the economic and social levels of all the Chileans, but specially to the poor and the middle class.

3.Validation of the Model.  There is a ample scientific, economical, technological, social and political evidence.

3.1.The Green Collar Economy. Van Jones proposals, described in the book The Green Collar Economy, should be seriosly studied and evaluated their due application in Chile.

3.2. Chile World Leader in Renewable Energy. One of the most important facts, consist that Chile, it is world leader in renewable energy and not only could provide 100 % of the needs of the country but also export to South America, energy as many regarded international experts from USA, Asia and the EU have stated.

3.3.Explosive development of the Renewable Energy in Chile. The before mention assert, is confirm for example by the more and more abundant studies from serious institutions such as Bloonberg, that recently have informed that Chile is the second country outside the OECD that has invest more in Renewable Energy, being surpassed only by China and followed by Bazil. Chile is between two worl gigants.

3.4.Folloing Rockefeller Family's example. The entire Rokefeller's Family, in 2015, have sold the 100% of their shares in Oil industry, to reinburse it, in Renewable Energy. This important decision, it's showing as the XXI Century focus of the new economy.

3.5. Foreign Investors Potential. Based on the previosly mentioned, important companies and economic groups from the development countries are starting to invest in Renewable Energy and this tendency should grow.

3.6. Improving the Economic Inequity in real way. If Chile promote the application of moderm economy politics, based in leading science and technology. making more sustainable teir economic structure or matrix, will be also, with that, transforming teir social structure, achieving to get lower their Gini index to unsuspected levels, particularly, due those which are for far, the most benefited with those policies, are the low income and the middle class. Thus, thos are the one that suffer more the contamination, the high cost of the public utilities of water, heating and internet. They are the most taht suffer, not to have less poluted or clean water to a less cost, green areas, scenic, architectual and urban beauty, bicycle paths, security, etcetera that you obtain when you have more economic incomes.

3.7.   Positive Social Impact. In Chile, the same as other few fortunate countries, whose, example we should copy, nobody should pay any bill in electricity and heat, at least in a residential level and I have no doubt that will be like these in the future, but we have to begin sometime. The more we delay on it, we are making that dozenof thousends childrenand young continue in poverty, in distress and delinquency, supporting entirely regressive ideas that have failed and have been overcome by history and human intellegence.

3.8. Sustainability and country financial rating. The more Sustainable is a country, better financial and economic index will have in the near future and it can have access to better financing conditions abroad, with largest and better investments in the Country, enhancing the Sustainable growth and the real quality of live in a real and continuos manner.

3.9. Scientific Investigation and Development. We are near to live the Singularity as Kurzweil have said and human and material resourses that have the cultural developing, so economical developing countries, are huge and they are increasing exponentially, permiting the reduction of costs in Renewable Energies and in the application of Sustainability in different rpoductive process, especially in countries with large amount of these energies, such as Chile.

3.10. Negatives aspects not having a Sustainable Economy. In Chile, they are suspended projects based on environmental reasons, by about USD 90,000,000,000.00 in strategic areas of our economic matrix, especially in mining and energy. Every day it is worts business not to have a true Sustainable Corporate Plicy, not only in the apperance or merely formal.

3.11. Sustainability is taking the Agenda. The Corporate Sustainability it is taking the Agenda and even Donald Trump will have to respect it, although to just "Save HIS Wallet, Saving OUR Planet."

2.12. Universities are leading the matter. The principal Universities and institutions of the World are more and more active in the matter, granting many information and interchange of experiences. A good example is the Program Grand Challenger UCLA, is alsoimpressive the work that performace Yale in the same, taking in account that is was created under and in the proximities of the finance world in NY. Is amazing its concern and inellectual production so well describe and extract in the book The Coming Transformation, of Yale School of Forestry & Enviromental Studies.

2.1.3. Global Important Achievements in Sustainability. Is also very remarcable, the achievemnt especially in the last two COP21 and COP22, in which now also they have compromise to participate the mayor world leaders countries. It is also very important the United Nation Sustainable Developments Goals Program and the iniciative from the Paulson Institute in order to develop Sustainable Business in USA and China, that has been very succsesfully.

4. Promoting application of Sustanable Social Market Economy in Chile. Based in the before mention, as a Sustainable Business Developer, I pretend to continue to impulse and support initiatives that imply to develop Sustainable Business in Chile and in particularly, the adoption of the Sustainable  Social Market Economy.

Economía social de Mercado Sustentable como Modelo para Chile.

1.Chile y el Modelo de Libre Mercado. Chile fue líder mundial en la aplicación de la Economía de Mercado, elevando los niveles económicos y sociales de toda la población a un nivel muy superior, en el muy corto plazo.

2. Nuevo Modelo de la Economía Social de Mercado Sustentable. Chile ahora, debe pasar a ser líder en la aplicación de la Economía Social de Mercado Sustentable obteniendo con ello, elevar nuevamente con fuerza los niveles económicos y sociales de todos los chilenos, pero en especial de los más necesitados y de la clase media.

3. Validación del Modelo. Existe abundante evidencia científica, económica, tecnoloógica y política que lo respalda, además de empírica.

3.1. The Green Collar Economy. Los postulados de Van Jones, contenidos en su libro The Green Collar Economy, deberían ser seriamente estudiados y evaluar su aplicación en Chile.

3.2. Chile Potencia Mundial en ERNC. Uno de los aspectos más importantes, radica en que Chile, es una potencia mundial en ERNC y podría no solo proveerse de un 100 % de energía de ERNC sino que exportar a Sud América, según lo han afirmado diversos y renonbrados expertos de USA, Asia y UE.

3.3. Explosivo Desarrollo de las ERNC en Chile. Lo anterior, ha sido ratificado cada vez más, por numerosos estudios de instituciones serias como Bloomberg que recientemente ha informado que Chile es el segundo País fuera de la OCDE que más ha invertido en ERNC, siendo solo superado por China y seguido por Brasil. Chile entre dos gigantes mundiales.

3.4. Siguiendo ejemplo de Familia Rockefeller. Todos los miembros de la Familia Rockefeller, en el año 2105, vendieron el 100 % de sus posiciones accionarias en Petróleo, para reinvertirlas en ERNC. Esta importante decisión, está señalando la orientación de la nueva economía del Siglo XXI.

3.5. Potencial de Inversionistas Internacionales. Conforme a lo antes señalado, importantes empresas y grupos económicos del mundo desarrollado, están comenzando a invertir fuerte en ERNC y esta tendencia, debería aumentar.

3.6. Mejorando Desigualdad Económica en forma real. Si Chile masifica la aplicación de políticas económicas modernas, con base científica y tecnología de punta, haciendo más sustentable su estructura o matriz económica, estará además, con ello, transformando su estructura social, logrando bajar el índice Gini a niveles insospechados, en especial, debido a que con mucho, los más beneficiados con estas políticas, son los más pobres y la clase media. Así, son éstos los que sufren en mayor medida la contaminación, el alto valor de los servicios domiciliarios de agua, electricidad, calefacción e internet. Son los que más sufren no tener aire menos contaminado o limpio, agua potable a un costo más accesible, áreas verdes, belleza escénica, arquitectónica y urbanística, ciclovías, seguridad, etc., que se obtienen cuando se cuenta con mayores recursos económicos.

3.7. Positivos efectos sociales. En Chile, al igual que otors pocos Países afortunados, cuyos ejemplos deberíamos seguir, nadie debería pagar ninguna cuenta de electricidad y calefacción, por lo menos a un nivel domiciliario y no tengo duda alguna que así será en el futuro, pero debemos comenzar en elagún momento. Mientras más nos demoremos, estaremos haciendo que decenas de miles de niños y jóvenes permanezcan en la pobreza en la angustia y en la delincuencia, apoyando ideas del todo regresivas, fracasadas y superadas por la historia y la inteligencia humanas.

3.8. Sustentabilidad y calificación Financiera del País. Mientras más sustentable sea un País, mejores índices financieros y económicos tendrá en el futuro muy cercano y podrá acceder a mejores condiciones de financiamiento en el extranjero y con mayores y mejores inversiones en el País, aumentando el crecimiento sustentable y la calidad de vida en forma real y permamente.

3.9. Investigación y Desarrollo Científicos. Estamos ad portas de la Singularidad Científica, según manifiesta Kurzweil y los recursos humanos y materiales que el mundo culturalmente desarrollado y por ello, económica y socialmente desarrollados, posee son enormes y están aumentando en forma exponencial, permitiendo la reducción de los costos de las ERNC y de la aplicación de la Sustentabilidad a los diversos procesos productivos, en especial en Países tan bien dotados en estas energías, como Chile.

3.10.Negativos impactos en no tener una Economía Sustentable.  En Chile, existen proyectos paralizados por razones ambientales, por un monto aproximado de USD 90.000.000.000. en áreas estratégicas de nuestra matriz económica, en especial en minería y energía. Cada vez, es peor negocio no tener una política Corporativa auténticamente sustentable, no solo en apariencia o meramente formal.

3.11. La Sustentabilidad se toma la Agenda. 

La Sustentabilidad Corporativa se está tomando la agenda y hasta Trump deberá acatarla, aunque sea solo para: "Salvar SU Billetera y Salvar NUESTRO Planeta".

3.12. Universidades lideran la materia. Las principales Universidades e Instituciones del Mundo, están cada vez más activas en la materia, aportando mucha información e intercambio de experiencias. Un buen ejemplo es el Programa Grand Challenger UCLA, impresiona asimismo, la labor que realiza Yale en la materia, siendo que se creó al amparo y en las cercanías del mundo de las finanzas de NY. Impresionante su preocupación y producción intelectual en la materia tan bien descritas y resumidas en el libro The Coming Transformation de Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies.

3.13. Importantes Logros Globales en Sustentabilidad. También resultan muy destacables los logros en especial de las dos últimas COP21 y COP22, en las que ahora, se han comprometido a participar las principales potencias del mundo. No puedo dejar además de mencionar la importante iniciativa Sustainable Developments Goals UN y la del Paulson Institute (de Henry Paulson) de desarrollar Negocios Sustentables en USA y en China que ha sido muy exitoso.

4. Promoción de la aplicación de la Economía Social de Mercado Sustentable en Chile. Por lo anterior, en mi calidad de Gestor de Negocios Sustentables, pretendo trabajar impulsando y apoyando iniciativas que impliquen desarrollar los Negocios Sustentables en Chile y en especial, la adopción de la Economía Social de Mercado Sustentable.

Administración Municipal Sustentable con el Pacto de Los Alcaldes de Europa.

Administración Municipal Sustentable con el Pacto de los Alcaldes de Europa. 

1. Luego de la Elección de Alcaldes y Concejales realizada el pasado 23 de Octubre, me parece resulta especialmente oportuno referirme al Sistema de Administración Municipal Sustentable de Europa, esto es, el Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy, el que me podría resultar estratégico para hacer que las Municipalidades de Chile, sean más eficientes e innovadoras, mejorando con ello, la calidad de vida de sus habitantes, en forma jamás antes vista.

2. Me refiero a la muy exitosa iniciativa de la Unión Europea, denominada Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy, la que en conjunto con dos empresas de Europa, con experiencia en la materia, estamos promocionando sea aplicada en Chile, como una primera etapa para luego postular a los diversos Smart Cities and Communities Program.

3. Antecedentes del Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy.

3.1.   A raíz de la crisis financiera sub prime, en Europa las principales Municipalidades, emplearon importantes cantidades de recursos para desarrollar un Modelo de Gestión Municipal eficiente que permitiera reducir costos, en especial en Energía y asimismo, reducir emisiones, permitiendo alcanzar las metas a las que se habían comprometido, sin tener que reducir las numerosas e importantes prestaciones sociales que otorgaban a los residentes de sus respectivas comunas, empleando avanzadas tecnologías y experiencias en la materia de la Unión Europea de casi 7.000. Municipalidades y de miles de empresas proveedoras y de servicios expertas en la materia.

3.2.   Este modelo concluyó con no solo un Modelo de Gestión Municipal eficiente, sino que además, se materializó una Institucionalidad que la regulara conocida como el Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy. Favor ver: http://www.covenantofmayors.eu/index_en.html

3.3.   Su éxito ha sido enorme, ha sido descrita como la Mayor Iniciativa Mundial en Cambio Climático y Energía conocida.

3.4. En la Convención de Cambio Climático COP21 realizada en el mes de Diciembre de 2015, en París, fue la estrella, siendo denominada como la Nave Insigne del evento y sus signatarios se comprometieron a reducir sus emisiones al 40 % para el 2030. 

3.5. Debido al éxito del Covenant of Mayors, también en la COP21, se reafirmó el compromiso de Globalizar o expandir el marco de acción y funcionamiento del acuerdo, a Municipalidades fuera de la UE, como por ejemplo Chile en Sud América. Tan solo uno de estos fondos el denominado Horizonte 2020, dispone de EURO 70.000.000.000., para promocionar la iniciativa y otras medidas de innovación así como para su expansión fuera de las fronteras de la Unión Europea. 

4.Manifiesta Conveniencia para su aplicación en Chile.

Conforme a lo muy someramente descrito, resulta evidente la conveniencia de la aplicación de este Sistema de Administración Sustentable en Chile. 

Sustainable Municipality Management with the Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy from Europe.

1. After the Mayor and Concejales Election hold on last Octobre 23th, in my opinion it's particularly timely talk about the European Sustainable Municipality Management, the Convenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy, that could be strategic to permit to the Chilean Municipalities to be more efficient and innovative, improving the quality of life of their inhabitants, as never before.   

2. I'm talking about the very succesfully european iniciative, named Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy, that together with two european companies with experience in the matter, we are promoting to be applied in Chile, as a first step to then applied to the several Smart Cities and Communities Program.

3. Background of the Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy.

3.1. Due the sub prime financial crisis, in Europe the main Municipalities, applied important amount of funds to develop a more efficient Municipality Sustanable Management Program, in order to reduce costs, specially in energy and also, reducing emisions, alowing them to achieve their compromises, without been forced to reduce their many and important social welfare to their residents, using ultimate technologies and experiences in the matter in Europe from almost 7,000 Municipalities and thounsands of supply and services companies in the subject.   

3.2. This model not only achieved an Efficient Management Municipalitie model, also, became to a institutional structure named as Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy. Please see: http://www.covenantofmayors.eu/index_en.html

3.3. It's has been very succesfully, and it has been called as the Biggest World Initiative in Climate Change and Energy.

3.4. In the Climate Change Conference COP21 held on Dicembre 2015 in Paris, it was the star, been named as the Event's Flag Ship and their underwriters committed themselves to reduce their emitions to a 40% for 2013. 

3.5. Based on the succesfully of the Covenant of Mayors, in the COP21, it was confirmed their commitment to Globalice or expand the frame of action and operatibility of the Covenent, to Municipalities abroad Europ, such as example Chile in Sud América. Only one of those funds has EURO 70,000,000,000. named Horizonte2020, in order to support this iniciative and others in innovation and to it expansion out of the European borders. 

4. Clear importance to be applied in Chile.
Based on the before mentioned, it is clear that this Municipality Sustainable Management model it is important to be applied in Chile.

La Sustentabilidad y Yale.

Acabo de terminar de leer el libro más importante entre tantos otros importantes que he leído en mi vida. The Coming Transformation. Está editado por la Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. 2009.

Yale, tiene la Biblioteca más importante y por cierto, más solemne y linda del mundo. Es la Catedral del mundo del Cultivo de la Inteligencia. De allí su majestuosidad y enorme valor. Está cerca de Wall Street, cuna de la economía y finanzas mundial. Si quieres cursar un post grado en Sustentabilidad Corporativa, deberás tener que elegir, de entre 94 electivos. Miles de Profesores. Muchas Mega Neuronas desplegadas en aulas, pasillos y calles de la ciudad, siendo transmitidas a través de complejos fenómenos psicológicos y neurológicos a miles de estudiantes cada año, que serán líderes en todo aquello que hagan, en cualquier parte del mundo. 

Volvamos al libro. La idea fuerza, es la necesidad que el hombre, su especie y modelo de supervivencia y progreso, se base, en un Sistema Armónico con la Naturaleza. Debemos dejar de lado la arrogante irresponsabilidad, rodeados de lujos y comodidades, de creer que lo podemos lograr todo, sin límites. Profundo error, del cual cada vez más personas, están conscientes. Sobre todo en ambientes de estudio y reflexión como Yale.

Ya no solo tenemos acceso a tan hermosas frases como la de Rachel Carson: ¿Qué pasaría si hubiera una Primavera sin ningún canto de pájaros?. Ahora además, sabemos que el agua, el aire, los alimentos y los seres vivientes, necesitan, necesitamos, se respeten complejos y delicados procesos biológicos que hacen posible la generación y conservación de toda forma de vida en el Planeta. Cada día que pasa, estamos más informados de detalles de esta maravillosa y delicada relación que no puede ser afectada sin sufrir serias consecuencias, las que además, tienen enormes efectos económicos, superiores a toda obra humana. 

El hombre, a pesar de su talento, esfuerzo y riqueza material, es absolutamente incapaz de lograr realizar en forma alguna los principales logros de la Naturaleza, comenzando con la Vida, el Agua, el Aire, para que hablar de fenómenos más complejos como, la Fuerza de Gravedad, aplicable tanto en la Tierra como en el Cosmos entero, aumentando la complejidad, la Armonía de la Orbita de los Planetas, lo que resulta importante teniendo en cuenta que vivimos "a bordo" de uno de estos colosos, a una velocidad permanente de casi 108.000 kilómetros por hora tardando 365 días en recorrer los 93.000.000. de kilómetros de nuestra órbita.

Todo, mientras además, estamos "cómodamente" orbitando en nuestro eje, a tan solo 1.670 kilómetros por hora al nivel del Ecuador. Ah¡ y no olvidemos que habitamos tan solo en esta delgado capa equivalente al de la cáscara de una manzana, que llamamos Biósfera, en la cual además, solo en una pequeña fracción logran habitar y reproducirse los seres vivos, y que en el núcleo de esta enorme esfera terrestre que ocupa más del 60 % de su volumen, hay hasta 6.700 grados centígrados¡. Compleja situación y entorno. Por último, si los 13.800 millones de años de la antiguedad del planeta se representaran en un calendario de 12 meses, la vida habría aparecido solo hace 4.500 millones es decir, en la última hora y media del 31 de Diciembre. 

Bueno, al parecer, resulta razonable al menos, preocuparse de intentar mantener los delicados equilibrios que han permitido la existencia de la vida en nuestra linda Pequeño Punto Azul en el Cielo. 

Sí, necesitamos las mentes y corazones de Yale¡.

Yale and Sustainability.

I had just finish to read the most important book from many other important ones that I had read in my life. The Coming Transformation. Published by Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. 2009.

Yale, has the most important and for sure, the more solemn and beautiful Library in the world. It is the world’s Cathedral in the Cultivation of the Intelligence. Thus it’s majesty and great value. It’s close to Wall Street, cradle of the World Economy and Finances. If you want to study a post grade in Corporate Sustainability, you should chose, in 94 elective courses. Thousands of Teachers. Many Mega Neurons in action in class rooms, halls and city streets, being transmitted through complex psychological and neurological phenomenon to thousands of students every year, which will be leaders in everything in all they accomplish, in everywhere they will be in the world.      

Returning to the book. The central idea, it that we need the man, the human species and their model of survival and progress, be based, in a Harmonious System with Nature. We have to put aside the arrogant irresponsibility, surrounded by luxuries and comforts, that we can obtain everything, with no limits. Deep error, in which more and more people are aware. Particularly in environments of studies and thinking as Yale.

We just not only have access to beautiful phrases such Rachel Carson’s: Can you imagine a spring without the voices of birds?. Now also, we know that water, the air, food and alive creatures, need, we need, to be respect complex and delicate biological process that make possible the generation and conservation of all forms of life in the Planet. Every day that goes, we are more informed about details of this delicate relation that should not be affected without serious consequences, that additionally, they have huge economic effects, higher than any human work.

The man, in despite of his talent, effort and material wealth, it is totally unable to realize in any way the mayor Nature’s achievements, starting with the Life, the Water, the Air, not to talk about more complex phenomenon like, the Gravity Force, applicable as much in the Earth as in the whole Cosmos, increasing complexity, the Orbit Planets harmony, that is important having in mind we live “on board” one of this colossus, in a permanent speed of near 108,000 kilometers per hour taking 365 days in our orbit travel.

Everything, since also, we are “comfortably” orbiting in our axis, just about 1,670 kilometers per hour at the Ecuador level. Hey¡ don’t forget that we inhabit in just this thin layer equivalent to the apple skin, that we called Biosphere, in which also, in just a very small portion the animal species are able to live and reproduce, and that in the core of this huge terrestrial sphere that occupied more that the 60% of its volume, they are even 6,700 centigrade degrees¡. Complex situation and environment. At last, if the 13,800 million years old of the Planet would be represented in a 12 moths calendar, life have just appears only 4,500 millions ago, in the last hour and a half of the 31th of December.

Well, it appears, that could be reasonable at least, to be concern in order to intent to maintain the delicate balances that has permit the existence of life in our beautiful Little Blue Spot in the Sky.

Yes, we need Yale’s Brains and Hearts.

Congreso del Futuro en el Edificio del Congreso del Pasado.

Chile debe estar feliz y orgulloso de la exitosa realización del Congreso sobre Ciencias, organizado por el Senado de la República el pasado mes de Enero. Asistí 4 días en los que pude disfrutar de escuchar y conversar con Científicos de nivel mundial, líderes globales en sus áreas de especialidad, por ejemplo el Profesor Chu, Nóbel de Física, ex Ministro de Energía de China, entre otros altos cargos, se refirió en conjunto con el Astrofísico Mr. Rapley de UK, sobre la adaptabilidad de la sociedad al Cambio Climático. El simpático Profesor Yazami, uno de los inventores de las Baterías de Litio, en conjunto con el profesor Rodrigo Palma, Director de un importante Centro de Energía Solar en Chile, con el Profesor Meyn, Director de un importante Instituto de Energía Sustentable de USA, el Profesor Flamant, también Director de un Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo de Energía Solar de Francia, analizaron la potencialidad de Chile de constituirse en el Centro Mundial de la Energía Solar. El célebre Bjon Lomborg (uno de las personas más seguidas del mundo en las redes), la encantadora Vicky Arroyo, Directora del Centro Climático de Georgetown, nuevamente el Profesor Rapley y Connie Hedegard, Comisionada de EU para el Cambio Climático, de Dinamarca, se refirieron al Cambio Climático. Nuestro apreciado y conocido Profesor Castilla, Premio Nacional de Ciencias de Chile en conjunto con el Profesor Boeuf, Director del Museo de Historia Natural de París, analizaron el Choque de las Especies o el impacto del hombre contra las demás especies. 

Imposible resumir lo escuchado y conversado en tan solo un artículo. Resalto algunas ideas por su enorme importancia. Chile es una potencia mundial en Energías Renovables. Chile es un País privilegiado por la riqueza (y belleza) de su Ecosistema. 

El mundo está viviendo la Singularidad Científica, empleando enormes recursos humanos (fundamentalmente científicos) junto con enormes recursos económicos, para resolver los principales problemas de la sociedad del Siglo XXI y en especial, lograr el bienestar social de todos y cada uno de los habitantes humanos del Planeta. 

Como consecuencia de lo anterior, estamos además viviendo, el desarrollo, de la irrupción, de una nueva organización política, económica, cultural, religiosa  y social que al igual que lo hace la Naturaleza, sea integradora y armónica con no solo todos y cada uno de los seres humanos, sino que además, con las demás especies vivientes y el Ecosistema Planetario y porque no decirlo, Cósmico. 

La he denominado la Era de la Homeóstasis Holística Cósmica. El hombre del Siglo XXI, rodeado de riquezas y progreso material, ha tomado Consciencia de la Ciencia y de la necesidad de comenzar a convivir de verdad con las demás especies vivientes de nuestro Planeta Tierra/Agua, en forma integradora y armónica, no solo por un muy válido imperativo moral, sino por y para lograr nuestra propia supervivencia. La vida de nuestra linda Esfera Azul, nuestro Planeta Tierra/Agua, no está en peligro. Está en peligro la existencia o supervivencia de la especie humana en el Planeta. Poderosa razón para actuar. 

Es más, si la maravillosa Consciencia que nos distingue como especie, fuera atributo además, de las especies animales, éstos, estarían preparando la Fiesta de la Naturaleza, ante la cercanía de nuestra extinción, previendo el florecimiento maravilloso del Ecosistema Planetario. ¿Se imaginan cómo sería ver el renacer de las especies animales, los maravillosos bosques, mares y valles de todo el mundo sin la arrogante presencia del hombre?. Afortunadamente, de la mano, más bien de la mente de nuestro Científicos y líderes preclaros, estamos reaccionando a tiempo. Chile debe sumarse a ello. Todos debemos hacerlo contribuyendo aunque sea con pequeños cambios de hábitos. El tema es complejo y profundo, será materia de otro artículo pronto.

Congres of the Future in the Building of the Congress of the Past.

Chile has to be happy and proud of the sucessfully realization of the Science Congress, organized by the Chilean Senate the past January. I had attended 4 days in wich I enjoyed to listen and talk with a world class Scientiests, global leaders in their specific matters, for example Professor Chu, Nobel in Phisics, who was Ministry in Energy in China, besides other high level positions, talked together with the Astrophisic Mr. Rapley from UK, on the adaptability of the society to the Climate Change. 

The agreeable Profesor Yazami, one of the inventors on the Lithium Bateries, together with the Professor Rodrigo Palma, Director of an important Solar Energy Center in Chile, with the Professor Meyn, Director of an important Sustainable Energy Institute in the USA, the Professor Flamant, also Director of a Solar Energy Investigation and Develop Center in France, they had discussed the Chilean potential to became a Solar Energy World Center. The famous Bjon Lomborg ( one of the person who has more followers in the web), the charming Vicky Arroyo, Director of the Georgetown Climate Center, again Professor Rapley and Connie Hedegard, EU Climate Change Commissioner, from Dinamarc, they had talked about Climate Change. Our valued and well known Professor Castilla, Chilean Science National Price together with Professor Boeuf, Director of the Natioanl Science Musseum in Paris, discussed about the Species Clash or the impact of men against the other species.  

Impossible to resume what I had heard or talk in just one article. I emphasise some ideas due their huge importance. Chile is a world power in Renewables Energies. Chile it is a privilege country due their richeness (and beauty) of his Ecosystem. 

The world it's living the Scientistic Singularity, using huge human resources (fundamentally scientific) joint with huge economic resources, to solve the principal problems of the XXI's Century and specially, to achieve the social welfare of all of us und each human habitant in the Planet.

As a consecuence of the above mentioned, we are living, the development, the arrival, of a new political, economic, cultural, religious and social organization that the same as Nature does, will be comprehensive and armonic with not only all and each oather of the human beings, but also, with the other living species and the Planetary Ecosystem and why don't mencioned, Cosmic.

I had called the Cosmic Holistic Homestasis Age. The XXI's man, surrounder by richness and material progress, had adquiered Conscience on the Science and about the necesity to began to real live together with the other living species of our Earth/Water Planet, in a comprehensive and armonic formula, not only for a high moral imperative, but for and to achive our own livelihood.   

Life in our beautifull Blue Sfere, our Earth/Water Planet, it's not in danger. It's in danger the existance or livelehood of the human specie in the Planet. Powerfull reason to act.

Adittionally, if the wonderfull Awareness that distinguish us as and specie, would be and atribute also, of the animals species, those, will be preparing the Nature Feast, need for our close extintion, predicting the marvellous flourishing of Planetary Ecosystem. Could you imagining how could be the renaissance of the animal species, the woods, seas ans valleys of the entire world withour the arrogance presence of the man?. Fortunatlly, by the hand, or better by the brain of our Scientiest and foremost leaders, we are acting on time. Chile has to joint that. All we have to do it, contributing at least with minor habits changes. The matter is complex and profound, it will be subject of another article soon.  

Our Ocean 2015 en Chile. Excelente la Conferencia realizada en Viña del Mar. Que gratificante haber sido testigo del interés de tantos destacados científicos, investigadores, profesores y profesionales vinculados a la temática de la Conservación de los Océanos o de Nuestro Océano, así como de tantos importantes y exitosos hombres de negocio de la economía mundial del Siglo XXI. Excelente asimismo, que el Gobierno de Chile haya informado sobre la creación de enormes Áreas Marinas Protegidas en las Islas Nazca y Las Desventuradas, así como en Rapa Nui. Algunos tips. Me parece especialmente relevante que a diferencia de otras Conferencias sobre la Conservación de los Océanos, en esta oportunidad hayan habido empresarios abogando sinceramente por ello. Esto debería marcan una enorme diferencia en el futuro. No solo porque deberían haber más recursos para la lucha por los Océanos, sino porque se deberían adoptar medidas por aquellos que en gran medida ocasionan el daño, evitándolo. También me pareció muy relevante que se esté utilizando alta tecnología financiadas con generosos aportes, públicos y privados, para combatir con mayor eficiencia la pesca ilegal y el cuidado real de las Zonas Marinas Protegidas, haciéndolas que tengan efecto práctico para su Conservación. Excelente me parece también, que se comience a proteger a los Océanos, para resguardar la Economía. Branson dijo:  Salvar al Planeta es un Buen Negocio. Por mi parte uno de mis lemas es: Save Your Wallet and Save Our Planet. Realismo puro. La Economía del Siglo XXI descansa en la Sustentabilidad y en la Ciencia que la haga posible. También me pareció un destacado aporte el de nuestros artistas. Cantantes populares, de Ópera, actores, escritores, etc. Excelente. No puedo dejar de destacar a la bella y talentosa Leonor Varela, al igual que los Rapa Nui que alegraron a todos con sus cánticos y bailes. Un fantástico, completo y fructífero evento de Conservación Marina. Felicitaciones a los organizadores y en particular a nuestro Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.

Our Ocean 2015 in Chile. Excellent the Conference held in Viña del Mar. How satisfactory had been a witnesses of the interest of so many prominent scientifics, researches, professors, and profetionals involved with the Our Oceans or Our Ocean Conservation Matters, besides many sucessfull businessman of the XXI Century's world economy. It was also excellent that the Chilean Goverment, had anounced the creation of huge Marine Protected Areas in Nazca and Las Desventuras Islands, as well as Rapa Nui. Some tips. Looks specially relevant that marking a diference from others Ocean Conservation Conferences, in this oportunity had been present businessmen supporting sincerely that issue. This should make a big difference in the future. Not only in order to have more resources to figth for the Oceans, but it should be possible to adopt same messures to avoid damages, from the same that create it, avoiding it. Appears very relevant also that it has been using high tecknology founding by generous grants for the public and private sector, to combat with more efectiveness the ilegal fishery and the control of Marine Protected Areas, make it more efective their conservation. Excellent it was also, that to care about the Oceans, it has becoming also a protection to the Economy. As Branson says: Save the Planet it is a Good Business. One of my favorits phrase is: Save Your Wallet and Save Our Planet. Pure Realism. The XXI's Economic Century rest in Sustainability and in Science that make it possible. It was grant a great support from artists. Popular Singers, Opera Singers, actress, writers, etc. Excellent. I can't avoid to mention the beautifull and talented Leonor Varela, the same as the Rapa Nius that gave happiness to all with their songs and dances. A fantastic, complete and succesful Marine Conservation Event. Congratulation to the organizers and specially to our Foreign Affairs Ministry.            

La vida en el planeta, la evolución y la singularidad matemática.
Para los científicos marinos como el Profesor Callum Roberts, la preocupación que les produce la extinción de las especies marinas es grave. La Biodiversidad, es lo que permite y mantiene la existencia de la vida en el Planeta, más bien en esa delgada capa, que es la Biósfera, en la que el hombre nace, vive y se reproduce.
Cada especie marina, se ha logrado adaptar a vivir en los ecosistemas marinos, luego de un enorme esfuerzo que ha durado millones de años. Afortunadamente, salvo importantes excepciones, los cambios que se generan por el actuar de la naturaleza son paulatinos y lentos. Por ello, las especies marinas, al igual que todas las especies animales vivientes, son capaces de seguir los lentos ritmos de la naturaleza y superar en general con éxito sus cambios, adaptándose a las nuevas condiciones naturales que enfrenten. Sin embargo, como muy bien lo describe el célebre inventor Ray Kurzweil, en su libro The Singularity is Near, los tiempos de los cambios por el actuar del hombre, de ciertos importantes fenómenos biológicos, como la inteligencia biológicamente determinada, se ha visto aumentada en forma exponencial, acortándose en forma dramática, los tiempos involucrados en los cambios biológicos, alcanzando la especie humana, los albores de la superación de la biología en materia evolutiva. Me parece que la documentada visión de Kurzweil debería ser analizada bajo la óptica científica tradicional. Podría explicar quizás, la urgencia de ser muy cautelosos en materia de los tiempos que pueden tardar ciertos efectos del actuar del hombre en la naturaleza. No solo podrían ser efectos negativos muy superiores a los que tradicionalmente se ha pensado, sino que asimismo, de una mucho menor duración.

The life in the planet, the science and the mathematical singularity.
To marine scientifics as Professor Callum Roberts, the concern that they have about the extintion of the marine species it's severe. Biodiversity it is what permit and allow to maintain the existance of life on Earth, or in the thin layer of the Biosphere in which the man born, live and reproduce. Every marine specie, had achieved the adaptation for live in the marine ecosystems, after a huge million years of effort. Fortunately, despite same important exceptions, those changes forced by nature has been gradual and slow. Thus, the marine species, the same as the other living animal species, they are capable to follow the nature slow paces and in general overcome their changes, been adapted to the new conditions they could face. Nevertheless, as the famous inventor Ray Kurzweila, describe in his book The Singularity is Near, the terms of the chamges caused by man, of certain important biologic phenomena, such as the biologically created intelligence, has been increase in a exponential rate, shortering dramatically the terms involved in the biological changes, gaining the human, the edge of surpass biology in evolution.  The well documented Kurzweil's vision should be analysed under the traditional scientific point of view. Could maybe explain, the urgency of been cautious in the matter of the times that could take same human actions in nature. Could not only be very strongest adverse effects than what traditionally it has been thinking, but in a much less time, also.
